Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1.Returns for Manufacturing Defects

The User may return to BOOTECH, free of charge, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the products contracted, the User shall have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to inform BOOTECH of their lack of conformity with the same.

In order to formalize the return, the User must contact BOOTECH by e-mail at info@bootech.eu indicating the product to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed description of the defects observed.

Once the communication is received, BOOTECH will evaluate the request and will respond within 3-5 business days with instructions for the return. If the return is approved, the User will be informed of the method of collection or shipment of the defective product to the following address:

The returned product must be found with all its labels, packaging and original documentation. If the product is not in this condition, BOOTECH reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects have been confirmed, BOOTECH shall offer the User the option of replacing the product with one of identical characteristics, unless this option is unfeasible. If this is not possible due to lack of stock, the User may opt for a refund of the amount paid or choose another product of equivalent value.

The replacement or refund process will be completed within 3-5 working days from the confirmation of the return. The shipping costs associated with the return will not incur any additional cost to the User.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers will have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to notify their desire to withdraw one or more products from your order, in accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

To exercise this right, the User must send an e-mail to info@bootech.eu, indicating the invoice number and the reference of the products to be returned. Upon receipt of such communication, BOOTECH will indicate the instructions for the return.

Return Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected.
Within Spain, the company will assume the direct costs of return. In the rest of Europe, the return costs will be borne by the User, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.
BOOTECH shall not be responsible for the courier company contracted by the User for the return. It is advisable to obtain proof of delivery from the courier company.
The User has a maximum period of 14 calendar days to return the product once communicated their desire to withdraw.

Once the products have been received and their condition has been checked, BOOTECH shall proceed to reimburse the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund shall be made by the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless a different one is agreed.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and/or components are missing, BOOTECH will contact the User to agree on a solution. If no agreement is reached, the return will be cancelled and the User shall bear the cost of returning the product to its home address.

3. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

Supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
